Let's talk travel... during a pandemic.
As we know, the Coronavirus pandemic shut down many countries and limited international travel from the United States. Lucky for us, several destinations are opening up for Americans to enjoy a summer vacation. Here is a list of places that are welcoming tourism from the United States (as of June 15, 2020)*:
· Antigua
· Iceland
· Jamaica
· U.S. Virgin Islands
· St. Lucia
More countries are expected to welcome American tourists in July 2020.
While travel restrictions are lifting, there are still many rules to follow including wearing face masks, hand-washing, social distance spacing, etc. Some may be asked to quarantine upon return to the United States.
Hotels and resorts within these open countries may also have individual re-open dates and/or conservative safety precautions. To know all of your options, contact me for an easy and informational travel planning experience.
